I googled it, thought it was an actuator cause I heard the common clicking. Blower still didn't work. Thats not right. You can activate the heated steering wheel at every temperature. But the Remote Start Comfort System only starts the heated driver seat and steering wheel at temperatures below 8°C. And there is a temperature protection for the steering wheel.
