Our power went out last night for about 15 minutes, and all 3 of our FIOS services are still not back up and running. The battery backup unit displayed a red battery light and was beeping throughout the night.So on Wednesday, we had a power outage from a storm, and once we got power back none of my Fios services were online. I’ve tried rebooting the router, cycling power to the ONT, and nothing connects. Verizon says they’re not seeing power to the ONT, and can’t send a tech out til Tuesday.
