Those marks will keep shaving off copper or lead from bullets and lumps will form which you have to always clean and potentially cause accuracy issues. If it was my barrel, I will ask Ruger to replace it. Like.

yeah, I suspect all the 22/45 Lites use a barrel tension nut and Ruger has both a threaded and non-threaded version of the nut. Really sucks they won't sell the nut separately.
