1y. F20 is an input to the TIPM. The WCM sends a bussed message that the key is in run or start. The F20 circuit is a hardwired input that only has power with the ignition switch in the run or start position. The TIPM needs to see both the bussed message and the F20 input from the ignition to allow the starter to crank.The Starter has been checked and will engage/crank when directly powered. The fuses and fuse blocks (under the hood and in the cabin) have been checked. The recall for the ignition switch was done by the dealership around 2014.
